For some, employability is a tired term, with many individuals having sat on courses which promise lots, but often leave a lot to be desired.

The Launch Group approaches the subject differently and is constantly pushing the boundaries of teaching to ensure each person attending one of our programmes, leaves feeling confident, empowered and equipped to tackle the modern job market head on.
We work very closely with some of the leading employers in the country, in many cases co-designing courses with our clients Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and HR Teams. This ensures our provision stays relevant and at the cutting edge of what candidates really need.

Employers are able to include elements of their own induction and training in our programmes, resulting in new members of their workforce being up to speed from day one of their employment.
Our Pre-Employment training provision is offered in both a classroom and virtual classroom format, giving learners the flexibility to learn and participate as they choose. In most cases, our programmes include accreditation in qualifications relevant to the job or sector the individual is attending.

Our programme to job offer ratio sits, ordinarily sits at around 75% and this is something we’re very proud of. Most importantly, this statistic demonstrates that our provision is valuable to both its participants and the employers that choose to use this model.
