TLG provides full scale PET project management, programme design and participant recruitment and support. Our pre-employment programmes are designed to support its participants in building knowledge of the industry, widening understanding of the roles available and developing employability skills.
Whilst on programme, participants will undertake a work experience placement, be given information on future employment opportunities and complete a number of employability workshops, preparing them for employment across a wide range of disciplines such as:
- Engineering
- Finance
- Technical
- Administration
- Maintenance
