To announce it has been awarded the prestigious ‘Partner of the Year’ accolade at this year’s Movement to Work Youth Employability Awards. The awards event, held on 1st April 2025 at the iconic JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, was hosted by renowned television presenter Ben Shephard and brought together organisations and individuals dedicated to transforming the lives of young people across the UK.

This award recognises The Launch Group’s long-standing commitment to tackling youth unemployment and upskilling young people through meaningful, high-impact training and employability programmes. A founding partner of the Movement to Work initiative, The Launch Group has consistently demonstrated its dedication to supporting the next generation into sustainable employment.

The organisation collaborates closely with a number of Movement to Work’s key employer partners — including BAE Systems, MBDA, and Spirax Sarco — to deliver bespoke training pathways and work experience that equips young people with the practical skills, confidence, and experience needed to thrive in today’s job market.
