During the programme, you’ll gain practical workplace experience and develop key skills to help prepare you for employment.
You’ll take part in Career Insight Sessions, where you can meet hiring managers and learn more about the roles available, followed by a four-day work experience placement where you can experience the workplace first-hand.
You’ll also receive interactive training to develop your teamwork, communication and interview skills, as well as:
- Full reimbursement of travel expenses and a daily lunch allowance
- Up to six months of free training and career support from The Launch Group
- An interview for available vacancies following successful completion of the programme and work placement

Looking to build your skills and take the next step into employment? Bright Lights is offering Camden residents the opportunity to take part in a free two-week employment training programme at Regent’s Place.
The programme is designed to help you develop the skills, confidence and experience needed to work in Front of House Reception, Technical Cleaning, Security, Landscape Gardening or Hospitality.
You’ll meet hiring managers, learn more about the roles available and take part in practical training and work experience. Following successful completion of the programme, you’ll be offered an interview for available vacancies.
