    Gain hands-on workplace experience with BAE Systems through the Engineering Talent Development Programme. Develop your employability skills while exploring Digital Engineering, Design and Engineering roles, and discover future apprenticeship opportunities.

    The programme begins with a Discovery Day, where you’ll meet the team, learn more about BAE Systems and gain an insight into the exciting opportunities available at the Brough site.

    Successful participants will then take part in a three-week on-site programme, building practical workplace skills while experiencing how digital engineering, design and testing support some of the UK’s most advanced defence and aerospace programmes.

    To apply for this programme, you must:

    • Be aged 18–30
    • Not be in full-time education
