The BAE Systems Engineering Talent Development Programme is a fully funded, three-week employability programme designed to help young people develop workplace skills, gain real industry experience and prepare for future opportunities within one of the UK’s leading engineering and defence organisations.

The programme begins with a Discovery Day, where you’ll meet the team, learn more about BAE Systems and explore the opportunities available. Successful participants will then progress onto the three-week programme, gaining valuable on-site experience while developing the confidence and skills employers are looking for.

Whether you’re interested in Engineering or Business roles, this programme will help you build practical experience, strengthen your employability skills and take your next step towards an apprenticeship or future employment.

To apply for this programme, you must:

• Be aged 18–30
• Not be in full-time education
