    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre projects across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the electrical package, from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing, and commissioning. They will oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and work closely with clients and project stakeholders to deliver the package on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    • Manage the Electrical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.
    • Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Engineering & Contracting Safety Advisor, including setup, management, and close-out of the safety file as part of the management team.
    • Promote and maintain a strong Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) culture within your team.
    • Collaborate with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and the client to manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery.
    • Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed closely.
    • Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.

    • Experience in design and build projects.
    • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices.
