We are now seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join our team on a new Data Centre projects across Europe. Reporting to the Project Director, this role will be responsible for leading the delivery of the civil, structural, and architectural packages, including structural steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

- Lead and manage Civil, Structural & Architectural work packages across the project lifecycle.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate activities with the wider project team.
- Ensure site QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained in line with project specifications and standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules in collaboration with Planners, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
- Manage subcontractor performance, including progress tracking, resource allocation, and coordination meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience within the CSA construction sector, with significant project management experience.
- Strong background managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth technical knowledge of CSA construction methodologies and project delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and variations.
