We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre projects across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the electrical package, from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing, and commissioning. They will oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and work closely with clients and project stakeholders to deliver the package on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

- Take a leading role in driving productivity and performance through effective weekly and daily work planning.
- Monitor and manage labour, materials, and resource allocation to optimize performance.

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large-scale electrical projects such as commercial offices, retail developments, hotels, schools, or data centres.
- Data centre project experience is highly desirable.
- Trade or Engineering qualification preferred, with recent experience managing major electrical contracts.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources within complex, fast-paced environments.
