    The MBDA Movement to Work Programme provides an introduction to apprenticeship opportunities available at MBDA Stevenage. Participants will explore a range of apprenticeship pathways across Engineering, Manufacturing, Business and Technology, gaining an understanding of the different career routes, the skills required and what it’s like to work for one of the UK’s leading defence and aerospace organisations.

    Throughout the programme, you’ll hear from current apprentices and MBDA colleagues, take part in practical activities and workplace experiences, and gain valuable insight into the apprenticeship application process. Whether you’re considering your next step after education or looking to start your career, the programme will help you understand the opportunities available and how to prepare for them.

    The MBDA Movement to Work Programme is a free two-week employability programme designed to introduce young people to careers within one of the UK’s leading defence and aerospace companies.

    To be considered for the programme, applicants must attend a Discovery Day where they’ll take part in team activities, meet the MBDA team and learn more about the opportunity.

    Following the Discovery Day, successful participants will be invited to join the programme running from 26 October – 6 November 2026. During the programme, you’ll gain workplace experience, develop employability skills and explore career opportunities across MBDA.
