We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Power & Infrastructure division, with a dedicated focus on the Data Centres and Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sectors. You will take ownership of a warm desk with existing clients and active jobs, whilst also driving new business as we continue to grow.

Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent roles across the Data Centre and T&D sectors, including but not limited to: Project Managers, Site Managers, SAPs, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Design, Civils Supervisors, HSE Advisors, Project Planners + more.
- Grow and maintain a network of skilled candidates within Transmission & Distribution.
- Consistently hit and exceed personal and team KPIs including revenue, margin, and activity targets.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients including Tier 1 contractors, DNOs, and renewable energy firms.
- Win new business and secure PSLs through outbound sales activity, client meetings, and industry networking.

- Demonstrable success in contract or permanent billing – ideally £100k+ annually.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client and candidate relationships in a competitive sector.
- Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills, using job boards, LinkedIn, and own network.
- Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
