We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre projects across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the mechanical package, from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing, and commissioning. They will oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and work closely with clients and project stakeholders to deliver the package on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

- Manage and coordinate Mechanical work packages across the project lifecycle.
- Oversee day-to-day mechanical site operations in conjunction with the wider project team.
- Coordinate project schedules with Planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
- Manage mechanical subcontractor activities, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and weekly coordination meetings.
- Review drawings, technical submittals, and ensure mechanical systems are coordinated correctly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar discipline.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience within the mechanical construction sector.
- Strong background managing Mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, installation methodologies, and site operations.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive project delivery Data centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous.
