    The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. Combining technical expertise with strong project and commercial management capability, the role acts as the key link between clients, design teams, and site operations, overseeing programme delivery, financial performance, procurement, and supply chain activities. The role also provides technical oversight of mechanical systems, supports commissioning and compliance with industry standards, and leads project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and effectively managing risks and project challenges.

    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of HVAC and Plumbing projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget, and compliant completion
    • Develop and manage project programmes, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and coordinate resources across multiple projects
    • Take overall responsibility for project financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, procurement, subcontractor management, variations, and final accounts
    • Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities to maximise project profitability
    • Act as the primary client interface, managing relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes

    • Strong commercial awareness, with experience in cost control, budget management, subcontractor management, and contract administration (JCT/NEC).
